We offer a 6 week Wellness & Weight loss Program designed to support a metabolic adjustment, with one of the biggest benefits being losing weight & keeping it off. The program is based on 4 Pillars for optimal health:
- Real Food – on this program you eat real food to enable your body to use stored fat as ‘fuel’. You learn new eating habits and practice the concept of consuming the right
foods in the right portions.
- Nutritional Supplements – we recommend high quality nutritional supplements to bridge the nutritional gap in your body. These supplements start the nourishment in our body at a ‘cellular level’.
- Movement – we recommend a minimum of 10,000 steps/day of active deliberate walking. Any additional exercises are highly beneficial in supporting the deliberate weight loss.
- Positive association and developing a positive mindset – we provide a positive environment and appropriate media and books to support the creation of new habits and a positive mindset.
